Sponsor the Great Australian Wildlife Search
Our aim at Odonata Foundation is for the Great Australian Wildlife Search to remain free for all citizen scientists to participate. It is also our aim to increase the number of samples being taken across Australia, to better inform future conservation efforts. However, we cannot do this without government and corporate support.
It costs $400 per sampling site from site identification and mapping, through to staffing, promotion, citizen scientist recruitment, testing, lab analysis and reporting.
We are currently working in the Murray–Darling Basin region and seeking to unlock more sampling sites across this network, however, we would be delighted to discuss possible opportunities with you regardless of geography.
Whether you or your organisation is interested in sponsoring 5 or 500 sites, we’d love to hear from you.
The beauty of this sponsorship approach is that you can support testing sites close to your place of business or where your customers live, directly influencing the health of your local environment.

If you live outside of our current testing region or are unable to participate as a citizen scientist and would still like to support the Great Australian Wildlife Search, we encourage you to make a tax-deductible donation. Funds raised will directly support the work of the Odonata Foundation and the implementation and expansion of its programs throughout Australia.
